Sheep lump smoked

Fresh, semi-soft, full-fat, smoked sheep cheese.

It is made from honest sheep's milk. Fresh cheese has more moisture, mostly less fat and salt, but also a lower energy value than hard or otherwise processed cheese. It is smoked on a beech wood chip, giving it a characteristic yellow-brown surface color and a delicious smoked smell and taste. It is slightly sweet and has a great taste of sheep's milk. Due to its moisture and freshness, it has a short expiry date.

It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold cuisine. It can be served also as a separate cheese delicacy.

pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, dairy culture. Total dry matter min. 50%. Fat in dry matter min. 45%, edible salt max. 2,5%.
