Slovak white cheese

Semi-soft, ripened, whole-fat cheese made from a mixture of sheep's and cow's milk (50%).

This cheese is salty, firm, slightly crumbly with a few cracks in the structure. It is pure white with fresh lactic acidity. Slovak white cheese is a variant of one of the most famous Greek cheese Feta.

It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine. It is an excellent ingredient in omelettes, pasta, stuffing, as an ingredient in soups, potato and pasta dishes. It is a real delicacy for vegetable salads.

It can be served  as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine. It tastes excellent with cherry tomatoes, vegetables, lettuce, arugula, grapes, nuts, citrus fruit, green and black olives.

pasteurized sheep's milk, pasteurized cow's milk, edible salt, pasteurized goat's milk (0-2%), rennet, dairy culture. Total dry matter min. 47%. Fat in dry matter min. 45%, salt max. 5,5%.
