Slovak mozzarella

Steamed, semi-soft, unripened, semi-skimmed cheese.

Made from honest cow's milk of the White Carpathians, with a specific technology of steaming curds, without the addition of chemical additives and stabilizers. Mozzarella in gastro packaging has a cylinder shape, pure white color and an intense pure milk taste. The consistency of the cheese is soft and flexible, making it easy to slice.

It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine, for roasting, for vegetable salads, for decorating  other dishes. It can be served  as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine.
