Salty bryndza cheese tears

Salty pastry for celebrations or as a snack to a good movie. Salted tears made from three basic ingredients are quick to prepare but also to eat quickly. Salty delicacy with its simple preparation will delight even busy housewives.


  1. Mix bryndza, butter, flour and salt and make dough.
  2. Roll out the dough on the plate and mold the tears.
  3. Put the tears on a baking sheet and baking paper.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or cumin seeds and spread with an egg.
  5. Bake until the tears have a golden color.
