It has a cylinder shape and a smooth surface, with a distinctive shape like Edam cheese. It has a pure white color, delicate spicy aroma and a simple, pure taste.
It is suitable for preparing dishes of cold and warm cuisine, for frying. It can be served as a dessert and also as a separate delicacy to beer and wine.
