Baked potatoes with bryndza cheese

Fast "farmer" dinner prepared quickly and with only a few ingredients. This recipe is always helpful if you want something light and warm for dinner.

Preparation

  1. We do not peel the potatoes, we just wash them well and let them pre-cook in the skin. Be careful not to boil, they will bake.
  2. Cut the boiled potato in half, hollow out.
  3. Cut the red onion into crescents and fry in olive oil. Add salt, red pepper, various herbs, spices ..
  4. Add the finely chopped ham, bryndza cheese from Agrofarma, two teaspoons of yoghurt and the mass left after the hollowing out.
  5. Fill the potatoes with the prepared mixture and sprinkle with Vršatec Agrofarma cheese. Bake for 20 minutes in a heated oven to mix the mixture beautifully.
  6. For dinner we serve a whey from Agrofarma.
